Refunds and Returns Policy

At FOLDED BOXES, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom packaging solutions that meet your exact specifications. Because our products are made-to-order and tailored to your brand’s unique requirements, we maintain the following policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and operational efficiency for both parties.
1. Custom Orders Are Final – No Standard Returns
All packaging products offered by FOLDED BOXES are custom-manufactured based on your approved artwork, dimensions, materials, and specifications. As such, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.
We strongly encourage clients to:
- Review and approve digital proofs or physical samples before mass production.
- Confirm all design, structural, and printing details in writing prior to order confirmation.
2. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or transit damage that is clearly attributable to FOLDED BOXES (e.g., wrong color, incorrect size, misprinted logo, or structural flaws), we will take full responsibility.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Notify us in writing via sales@foldedboxes.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the defective items and original packaging.
- Retain all affected goods and packaging for inspection if requested.
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:
- Reprint and reship the correct order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a partial or full refund for the affected quantity.
Please note: Minor color variations due to screen calibration or standard printing tolerances are not considered defects.
3. Shipping & Logistics Issues
While we partner with reliable freight forwarders, transit damage caused by carriers (e.g., crushed boxes due to rough handling) is typically covered under shipping insurance. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide necessary documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list). However, replacements or refunds for carrier-caused damage are subject to successful insurance resolution.
4. Cancellations
- Before production starts: Orders may be canceled with a full refund.
- After production begins: Cancellation is not permitted, as materials and labor have already been allocated.
We will confirm the production start date in writing upon order approval.
5. Sample Orders
Physical samples are provided for evaluation purposes and are non-refundable, though their cost may be credited toward your first bulk order (upon request and at our discretion).
6. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to:
- Changes in your marketing strategy, branding, or product line.
- Errors in your submitted artwork or specifications.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, import duties, or local regulations in your country.
